Leave work at work and clear the trauma you've experienced, so you feel calm, clear and free to live your life fully present.
You've dedicated your career to serving others, and I'm here to serve you.
This field is so unique.
It changes you.
Opens you up in some ways, shuts you down in others.
A friend of mine who's been in law enforcement for over a decade told me "Sometimes I feel like this job has taken my humanity. It made me so numb." He wasn't the first person to say that to me.
Maybe you can relate?
In one conversation, I shifted them from numb and not feeling anything to "I don't know what you did last time we talked, but it was like the gates opened and I came back online."
I laughed and told him I did some mind magic, and welcome back to life homie.
The things you carry from the work you do can break you down over time.
But they don't have to.
That's why I created Exhale & Release.
Here's what I intend for you in this program.
This program combines my experience as a trauma therapist who's worked with dozens of first responders to help them
come back online,
enjoy life again,
easily transition from work mode to real life mode,
&& Rapid Resolution Therapy, a modality that
clears the trauma you've experienced,
reorganizes the mind to be calm, clear, free,
releases that tension you've been holding.
Exhale that breath.
Release what you've been carrying.
Exhale and Release is delivered via private podcast feed, so not only will you have me in your ear any time you need an adjustment, you'll have access to support coaches - all first responders - who are trained in RRT as well.
I bring the expertise in trauma and healing, they bring the expertise in the field.
This program grows as the community grows, it's not a one and done program, but a living, expanding resource that you can use again and again. It's not a course or a class, its a private podcast feed with episodes designed to clear specific incidents (think pediatric fatality) or clear feelings ("I'm angry all the time and I don't know why"). And ongoing live monthly calls where you have direct access to Amanda or the coaches to support you though whatever's coming up. As we clear more things, more topics get added to the program.
We launch early 2024. This program is delivered via a private podcast feed, it goes wherever you go so that you can listen to at any time and includes monthly calls with one of the coaches who are there to help you shift anything that comes up that's not covered by the program.
Exhale & Release isn't a typical program. It's not conceptual, there's no sitting down to watch a video and take notes that hopefully one day you'll remember to apply but probably won't. The shift happens each time you press play on an episode. Immediately. Effortlessly. We do all the work, you sit back and experience an immediate transformation. We'll begin installing new information at an unconscious level to help either clear old fear, belief systems, patterns or frustrating emotions that prevent you from experiencing work and life the way you really want.

In 2020, I had a paramedic come to me because she couldn't stop having about nightmares about a pediatric CPR she ran a couple years prior. As we sat on my office floor she opened up to me about how much weight and trauma she carries and the type of calls that get imprinted into her memory, and I asked her if they had someone who comes to help them debrief after a call like that. She laughed and looked at me like I was crazy. “Of course not,” she said. And I got so angry I wanted to burn the whole system down. How dare they. How dare they ask so much of you and leave you to suffer. How dare they ask you again and again and again to save people, to give everything, only to leave you carrying the darkness and the pain. So I started working with first responders, learning their job, the toll it takes and the unique consequences of doing that work.
I started working with all the first responders in Randolph County, NC; the first ever program of its kind - tailored trainings and support for their first responders. Teaching workshops; doing crisis and critical incident debriefings; reaching out to those who ran a traumatic call; seeing so many first responders as therapy clients. Once word got out that we knew how to work with first responders and my therapists and I were good at clearing trauma and helping them be present, we had a lot of first responders reach out for support.
Exhale & Release was born out of a love for first responders and a desire to help you release the weight you carry and clear the trauma so you can fully engage in life again. Since I can only see a certain number of people 1:1 in my lifetime, I was thinking “ok how can I do this for more people without them having to see me 1:1.” So with the goal of “how do I help more people essentially, to laugh again, to be fully present in your life, to be able to work without fear clawing at your back every second your on the job, and to finally freaking relax” I decided to build the program into a recorded, private podcast format and offer group calls where y’all can come bond, work through anything that comes up and clear anything that’s not covered in the program.
